EVENING SQUAD TRAINING

Thursdays – 7:00-8:30pm
These training sessions aim to incorporate practice drills and a better understanding of the tactical vs technical aspects of your game.
We work with the players’ individual strengths and weaknesses focusing more on strategy and building match toughness rather than on technical stroke production or correction.
We also focus on fitness with every session providing dedicated time to increasing cardio levels through a series of workouts and footwork drills.

Calling early morning fitness fanatics!
An intensive, 1 hour, physical and mental workout on court; it will burn calories, develop and strengthen muscles and give you a ‘full-tilt’, active start to your day. This is an interval style training process with elements of plyometrics, strength, agility and endurance to give you a balanced and focused session.
Dynamic Warm up, Hand Feed Drills, Workout Circuit, Live Ball Hitting, Cool Down and Stretching.
For players of all standards, with an upbeat, positive vibe.
Fridays – 10-11am
Highly charged, intensive tennis workout, designed to increase aerobic fitness and burn calories, using tennis specific footwork drills, movement patterns and fun games. This is a FUNtastic way to kick-start your tennis addiction in a fun and friendly atmosphere, pumped up with modern music beats.
Dynamic Warm up, Spanish Hand Feed Drills and Other Fun Activities, Agility, Footwork Games, Fast Paced Groundstrokes and Net-Play Workouts.
Our ladies clinics are a great forum for players of all standards, from beginners and those who have taken a break of play, right through to competitive players.
Including technical, tactical and cardio- based activities designed to meet the needs of the individuals in each group; these clinics are a great way to meet new friends in the club and find new hitting partners.
Players are grouped with similar levels of players to achieve the best outcomes.
SENIOR’S TOURNAMENT PREPARATION
This training is designed to help players prepare for ITF Tournaments in Australia and Internationally; it caters for all standards of players from World Championship level to Grade 5, which is less intensive.
