img_2434A hands-on, experiential program that fully prepares individuals for a Level One Accreditation Program

This program is focused on the practical  application of teaching tennis.  It consists of a substantial number of hours of on court assisting activities, with experienced KITA coaches as mentors, as well as theory and methodology in classroom sessions.

  • The role of Assistant Coach
  • Teaching and coaching tennis
  • Fundamentals of tennis
  • How to support a coach on court
  • Assisting on a Hot Shots program
  • String types and stringing racquets
  • Professional development for the Coach
  • Planning and organization
